What we collect:  We may collect the following information, depending upon the service you request:

  • Time and date of birth if you require coaching.
  • Full birth name if you require a Soul Plan.

What we do with the information we gather:  Certain detailed information is for the accuracy of readings and coaching services and will be obtained separately by email after your order has been placed.  We may use your information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

Internal record keeping:  We may use the information to improve our products and services.  We may periodically send promotional emails about new products/services, special offers or other information that we think you may find interesting using the email address you provided.

Security:  We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure.  In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online and in person.

Controlling your personal information:  You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information in the following ways:

  • If you impart your personal information in order to receive an accurate reading, you can choose whether to have that information deleted within 7 days of the service being provided, or for it to be securely held for your future requirements.
