Moods and Moons

Have you ever noticed that some days you get out of bed in a very dark mood, for no apparent reason.  Yet other days, you may awake feeling apprehensive or anxious, rather than the joyous mood you'd prefer as your norm.  Whilst plenty of people might be fairly stable in their moods, there is a good proportion of the population that are indeed susceptible to external influences that can and do affect their moods - not all of the time, and not all bad, but certainly some.

Well, I'm sure you've noticed that when the moon is full or new, there is an increase in the intensity of whatever mood you happen to be feeling at the time, and that can be a gradual build-up in the 2-3 days leading up to such an event.  This phenomenon is certainly recognised by the emergency services as their work load frequently increases at such times.

Now, in a Human Design chart, the moon is known to pass through (activate) 1 of the 64 gates (of the I-Ching) 2-3 times every day.  If the moon is activating a gate that you don't usually have defined in your chart, you may encounter feelings that you aren't used to and possibly feel the need to re-act or respond to those feelings.  Hence, those around you may receive an out-pouring of emotion that is somewhat out of character, so be aware and listen to what others reflect back to you.

One thing we do know is that emotions affect the physical body and vice versa.  Now, we are all changing, so if the landscape of your reality has shifted its focus and you'd like to rebalance or get some clarity about your new direction with an intuitive coaching session or Soul Plan, do get in touch.  I'd be happy to help you move closer to discovering your true self.
